The 11th annual MANTUA KIDS CARE CLUB RACCOON RUN: 5K Race and 1-mile FUN RUN will take place:

8:30AM: 5K Race

COURSE
The 5K course winds through the neighboring streets of Mantua. Split times will be given at every mile. The race starts and finishes in front of Mantua Elementary School. Water will be available at the start, on the course, at the 2-mile point and at the finish.

AWARDS
Awards will be given for the overall fastest Male and fastest Female.
In addition, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded to both Male and Female in the following categories: 10 & under; 11 to 14; 15 to 19; 20 to 29; 30 to 39; 40 to 49; 50 to 59; 60 to 69; and 70 and over.
Participants (under 18 years old) crossing the finish line in the 1-mile Fun Run will receive a medal.
REFRESHMENTS
Water, fruit and bagels will be available after both races.
POST-RACE CELEBRATION
Be sure to stick around after you run to celebrate 11 years of running the RACCOON RUN. We have great food and refreshments. We have many random awards to distribute. You must be present to be eligible to win.

FROM THE EAST:
From the Capital Beltway, Rt 495, exit 52A west towards Fairfax on Little River Turnpike, Rt 236. Turn Right on Prosperity Avenue. Turn Left on Southwick Drive. Turn Left on Kirkwood Drive. Turn Right on Horner Court.
FROM THE WEST:
Traveling east on Little River Turnpike, Rt 236, Turn Left on Prince William Drive
Turn Right on Horner Court bearing to the left on Lido Place. At the stop sign, Turn Right on Southwick. Turn Right on Kirkwood. Turn Right on Horner Court.
ROUTE 50
FROM THE EAST
From the Capital Beltway, Rt 495, exit 50A west towards Fairfax on Rt 50. Turn Left on Barkley Drive. Turn Right on Hamilton Drive. Turn Left on Kirkwood Drive. Turn Right on Horner Court.
FROM THE WEST
Traveling east on Rt 50, Turn Right on Barkley Drive. Turn Right on Hamilton Drive. Turn Left on Kirkwood Drive. Turn Right on Horner Court.
