Easy Ways to Earn Money for Mantua

By participating in various online and live programs, you can earn cash for our school almost passively!


Restaurants
Every Glory Days Grill in Northern Virginia will contribute 10% of your total food purchases to the Mantua PTA when you dine:
  • Monday thru Thursday, 4:00 p.m. till Close
  • Sunday 11:30 a.m. until Close
  • Through June 3, 2005
    • Simply ask your server for a copy of your guest check (not credit card receipt), and drop it into the box marked Glory Days Grill Receipts in the Mantua office. Questions? Contact Julia Margulies at margfam2@aol.com.


    Local Businesses
    The UPS Store in the Pan-Am Shopping Center will make a donation to the PTA for every parent, student, teacher, or friend who verbally identifies him/herself with Mantua and makes one of the following purchases:
    • One cent for every copy made
    • Between five and fifty cents for every package shipped (depending on destination)
    • Five dollars for every mailbox rented
    The UPS Store at Pan-Am is at 3057 Nutley and can also be found on the web.


    Online Businesses
    SchoolPop provides links to many businesses with which you may already be doing online business. The big feature is that if you access the business' web sites by going through SchoolPop's, the business will rebate money directly to Mantua!

    Grocery and Department Store Programs
    Once you've registered at a store's web site,
    a portion of your purchase at that store will be rebated to Mantua!
    Register with as many store chains as you like.
    Giant Go to the Bonus Bucks A+ program and select "Designate Schools." The code for Mantua is 01887.
    Harris- Teeter Go to Harris Teeter at harristeeter.com, select the "Together in Education" program, and select "Link Your VIC card." Mantua's code is 4458.
    Safeway Safeway participates in a program called Electronic Scrip. Go to the eScrip web site and select the "Sign Up" link on the left. Mantua's code is 6662473.
    Target If you use your Target Guest Card or Target Visa, 1% of your purchase will be donated to Mantua. Go to target.com, click "Community" at the bottom of the page, click "Education Initiatives," then "Take Charge of Education." Mantua's code is 103675.
